SRL & Sport

Self-regulated learning (SRL) is a process we can use in any aspect of life. One of the common places people self-regulate is in sports training. Often, athletes don’t even realize that they are self-regulating. This post will explain SRL and walk through an example of SRL in sport & school so you can see how what you already do in your training is the same thing you need to be doing in school. If you’re an athlete, it’s likely that you are already doing a great job at self-regulating your learning.
